Juraj Kratky Juraj brings over 15 years of experience across private banking, investment advisory, and private equity to the strategic development of Luxury Palm Bali. As Founder and CEO, he leads the full lifecycle of the company’s luxury real estate portfolio — from capital structuring and financial modeling to project execution and exit strategy. His background in wealth management provides a disciplined financial framework behind each development, aligning asset quality with long-term capital performance. Juraj works closely with private investors, family offices, and strategic partners, structuring selective capital participation opportunities within the firm’s portfolio. His approach combines institutional-grade financial oversight with hands-on development leadership, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable value creation.
Dominika Kratka Dominika is a visionary leader and hands-on executive with extensive experience in project development and management. As the driving force behind DOTTA Creatives International and Co-Founder of Luxury Palm Bali, she leads concept creation, architectural direction, interior design, and full-scale project execution from inception to completion. With a strong background in operational leadership and crisis management, Dominika ensures that every development is delivered with precision, efficiency, and uncompromising attention to detail. Her expertise lies in transforming ambitious concepts into refined, functional spaces that balance innovation, aesthetics, and long-term value.

Richard Meszaros Richard is an architect with a deep understanding of both form and function. He specializes in creating refined, functional interior spaces that seamlessly combine architectural and design principles. His expertise covers space planning, material selection, and the development of detailed design concepts. Richard works closely with clients and contractors to ensure smooth execution from concept to completion, consistently delivering innovative and timeless design solutions for residential, commercial, and public spaces.
Katarina Blazova Katarina holds a master’s degree in Architecture from the Faculty of Architecture in Bratislava. With experience in architectural studios, she has developed strong skills in creative design and project coordination. Her passion lies in interior design, where she combines aesthetics, function, and detail. At Luxury Palm Bali, Katarina connects architecture and interior design from concept to completion, creating spaces that are both refined and authentic.
Daniela Selicka Daniela is an architect and interior designer with a passion for creating bespoke, timeless spaces that balance beauty, function, and comfort. With experience in boutique projects for high-end clients, she combines creativity with technical precision, focusing on sustainable design and thoughtful detail. At Luxury Palm Bali, Daniela designs spaces that reflect individuality while maintaining harmony and refined elegance.
Simona Laska Simona is the Sales Director at Luxury Palm Bali, overseeing the sales of premium villas and luxury real estate across the island. With a strong background in financial management and a degree in International Business from the Netherlands, she combines strategic insight with a client-oriented approach. Simona is dedicated to building trusted relationships and guiding clients toward exceptional lifestyle and investment opportunities in Bali’s most desirable locations.
Angelo Hamed Angelo is a results-driven professional with a background in Business Management and extensive experience in project coordination. Focused on precision, efficiency, and delivery, he ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Angelo plays a key role in optimizing internal processes and supporting the successful execution of Luxury Palm Bali’s development initiatives.
Nicol Kuhn Nicol is a marketing and communications professional with expertise in strategy, content, and brand management. At Luxury Palm Bali, she plays a key role in developing marketing concepts, managing digital communication, and ensuring a consistent brand presence. She holds master’s degrees in Marketing and Digital Business from ESDES Business School in Lyon, France, and in Marketing and Digital Communication from Università LUMSA in Rome, Italy. Her structured and detail-oriented approach contributes to the effective execution of the company’s marketing and communication initiatives.
Putra Tegar H. Sianipar Putra is a seasoned lawyer and curator with extensive experience in corporate law, banking, finance, and commercial litigation. As a Partner at SSP, a respected law firm in Jakarta, he provides strategic legal guidance and ensures full regulatory compliance across all projects. His deep legal expertise and practical approach help safeguard client interests and support the company’s development with professionalism and integrity.
